The use of the heat allows for the body to go deeper into each yoga pose. In the Vinyasa Yoga Class, the yoga poses run together, synchronized to the breath and becomes like a choreographed dance. This awareness brings connection between movement and breath. There will be Sun Salutations and allows for lots of variety. It might be fast or slow, include inversions, backbends, and alignment.

Bikram Hot Yoga (26:2) class is a beginner Hot Yoga class ideal for all yoga students. Known as a therapeutic & healing yoga, practiced by all ages & abilities throughout the world, Bikram Hot Yoga provides a total body workout while promoting benefits to every muscle, tendon, ligament, internal organ, gland, and system in the body. Every yoga asana has a specific health benefit & purpose that brings balance & wellness into the body & mind.
We offer two Bikram Hot Yoga classes - the original 90 minute class, & a 60 minute variation. Each class includes 26 asanas & 2 breathing exercises. Please come to class hydrated, wear comfortable attire, and bring a yoga mat & towel for your yoga mat.

Vin Yin Yoga is the fusion of Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga. Class begins with a gentle Vinyasa flow connecting breath and movement energizing students from the inside out. The second half of class transitions into a meditative Yin Yoga practice slowing movements & holding asanas 3+ minutes engaging connective tissues, creating stillness in the body & mind, allowing healing physically & emotionally.

No two Fusion Yoga Classes will ever be the same, as each class will pull from several styles of yoga. Blending Vinyasa Yoga with Hatha Yoga, Slow Vinyasa with Ghosh Yoga. Each class will have a different focus and offer varied sequences centered on purposeful muscle control, functional mobility, matching action with relaxation, balancing (including arm balances), breath, efficiency, concentration. Fusion Yoga is a non-heated practice that utilizes a slower pace and individual adaptations to find appropriate ranges of motion, effort, and challenge for each student. Fusion Yoga is ideal for beginner to advance students who have minimal physical restrictions. Fusion Yoga brings a new internal awareness that helps to raise the student’s practice to the next level.

Our candlelight yin class is a slow-paced yoga practice held in a dim, candlelit room, where students hold floor-based poses for several minutes at a time to stretch connective tissues, relax the mind, and promote deep physical and mental release. This meditative class uses props for support, targeting areas like the hips and spine to increase flexibility and relieve stress, making it suitable for all levels, especially those seeking relaxation and muscle recovery.

What is Stretch Yoga Therapy®?
The Stretch Yoga Therapy®, or SYT Method is a Stretch-Focused Yoga Therapy, where Yin Yoga meets Stretching and Physical Therapy meets Massage. It is deep tissue massage and fascia bodywork through stretching. Wayne Campbell’s SYT Method uses 100’s of organically created & practical therapeutic stretches choreographed into Stretch Flow Sequences within Stretch Series. There are 7 Variations of Stretch Technique within the SYT METHOD. These therapeutic stretches will address chronic muscle, joint, nerve pain & tightness. These Therapeutic Stretches, when done with consistency, will habituate your body towards muscle flexibility and joint mobility. This equates into a more flexible, mobile, pain-free body.

Enroll in Wayne Campbell’s Stretch Yoga Therapy (SYT) Method Teacher Training—offered both in-studio and online—and become a Certified Stretch Yoga Therapy Teacher. As a Certified SYT Method Teacher, you will be qualified to lead both in-person and virtual group Stretch Yoga Therapy classes, as well as offer private one-on-one sessions with individual clients. This training, which includes an online option, immerses you in musculoskeletal anatomy and Wayne Campbell’s proven Stretch Yoga Therapy Method of therapeutic stretching.
