The Classes · Urban Fit Yoga

Which class would make you want to come back?

Some days call for strength, flow, deep stretching, or a quieter hour. Others call for the discipline of a hot yoga class. Start with the way you want to feel.

Heated Classes

Bikram Hot Yoga

Challenge your body and mind with a traditional heated yoga practice that builds strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance. Choose the original 90-minute class or a 60-minute variation.

What to expect

The same 26 postures and two breathing exercises every class, in the heated room. A strong option for beginners who like clear repetition and a steady format. Bring water, a mat, and a towel; arrive hydrated.

Good first class if you like structure.

Heated Stretch Yoga Therapy®

Therapeutic stretching in a heated room — builds strength, flexibility, and mobility while easing tight, tired muscles.

What to expect

A heated-room therapeutic stretch experience. Longer holds and guided stretches built for students who want deep release and better body awareness. Tight hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and backs are welcome here.

Good fit if you feel tight or worn down.

Non-Heated Classes

Stretch Yoga Therapy®

Improve flexibility, restore mobility, and relieve chronic pain and muscle tightness through therapeutic stretching and guided movement, designed for every body.

What to expect

Wayne Campbell's own method: therapeutic stretches choreographed into flow sequences, built around your history and how you move today. No heat, no flow pace. Guided work at your body's speed.

Good fit if yoga has hurt before, or mornings feel stiff.

Vin Yin Yoga

Move through an energizing flow, then settle into deep, restorative stretches.

What to expect

Two halves: a gentle flow to warm the body, then longer-held floor postures to slow it down. Movement, stillness, flexibility, and recovery in one hour.

Good fit if you want to move and then rest.

Vinyasa Yoga

Link movement and breath through a varied, flowing practice. All levels welcome.

What to expect

A varied, flowing practice that links movement and breath. Sequences change class to class; instructors guide every transition. All levels welcome.

Good fit if you want to move continuously.

Mat Pilates

Strengthen your core, improve posture, and build total-body stability through low-impact, controlled movement.

What to expect

Controlled bodyweight exercises on a mat, no machines. Core engagement, alignment, breathing, coordination, and precise movement, with energetic music and strength-focused sequences.

The studio provides hand weights, a Pilates band, a Pilates ring, a yoga block, and stretch and strength bands. You bring the mat, and that is all you need.

Good fit if you want core strength and posture work.

Sound Bath Meditation

Settle in for a peaceful meditation with calming sounds and vibrations that ease the body and quiet the mind.

What to expect

Four stages: arrive and settle; gentle Yin-inspired movement; sound meditation with the bowls; a gradual return, with time after class. No yoga or meditation experience required. Wear comfortable clothing.

Good fit if you need a quieter hour.
